Deliveroo AED 500 Ads Credit Promotion Rules

These are the terms and conditions ("Rules") that apply to the Deliveroo AED 500 Ads Credit Promotion ("Promotion") offered to eligible restaurant and food & beverage partners ("Partner") in the United Arab Emirates. By participating in the Promotion, each Partner agrees to these Rules and confirms it has read and understood the Deliveroo Privacy Notice at https://deliveroo.ae/privacy. These Rules are in addition to, and do not affect, the Partner's obligations under its Deliveroo Partner Agreement; in the event of any conflict, the Partner Agreement shall prevail.

1. Promoter: Deliveroo DMCC, Unit No 123, DMCC Business Centre, Level No 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, UAE ("Deliveroo").

2. Entry Period: The Promotion opens at 12:01 a.m. (Gulf Standard Time) on 28/05/26 and closes at 11:59 p.m. (Gulf Standard Time) on 30/06/26 ("Promotion Period"). To qualify, the Partner must complete onboarding and go live on the Deliveroo UAE platform during the Promotion Period. Deliveroo reserves the right to extend, shorten or close the Promotion Period at any time.

3. Eligibility:

3.1 The Partner must be a restaurant, food service, or food & beverage business operating within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

3.2 The Partner must not hold, and must not have previously held, an active partner account on the Deliveroo UAE platform under the same brand name or legal entity.

3.3 The Partner must apply to join Deliveroo UAE through the official Promotion landing page during the Promotion Period.

3.4 The Partner must complete the full onboarding process and have its account approved and go live on the Deliveroo UAE platform.

3.5 The Partner must remain in good standing under its Deliveroo Partner Agreement at the time the credit is applied.

3.6 Deliveroo reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Deliveroo reasonably considers necessary.

4. Entry:

4.1 Each eligible Partner will receive a one-time credit of AED 500 (the "Credit") applied to its Deliveroo Ads account ;

4.2 The Credit will be applied within 15 business days of the Partner's account going live on the Deliveroo UAE platform;

4.3 The Credit applies solely to cost-per-click ("CPC") ads for featured positioning on the Deliveroo platform. It may not be used for any other product, service or fee;

4.4 The Credit must be used within 60 days of the date it is applied to the Partner's Deliveroo Ads account. Any unused Credit will expire automatically at the end of that 60-day period;

4.5 The Credit is available only to Partners operating within the United Arab Emirates. Each Partner who satisfies the eligibility and entry criteria above is an 'Eligible Partner'.

5. Offer Conditions: The following conditions apply to the Offer:

5.1 The Credit is issued once per brand and legal entity, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and has no cash value.

5.2 The Credit cannot be combined with any other Deliveroo promotional offer, discount or credit.

5.3 Deliveroo reserves the right to withhold, suspend or remove the Credit if the Partner is found to be ineligible, has provided inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information, has breached its Deliveroo Partner Agreement, or where Deliveroo reasonably suspects fraud, misrepresentation or manipulation of the eligibility criteria.

5.4 Where the Credit has already been used at the time Deliveroo exercises its rights under this clause, Deliveroo reserves the right to recover an equivalent amount from any sums owed to the Partner or by way of invoice.

5.5 Deliveroo reserves the right to vary, increase, decrease or withdraw the Promotion (including the number of available Credits) if it considers such changes reasonably necessary to ensure the fair and proper operation of the Promotion.

6. Liability: Deliveroo will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Deliveroo (or any person acting on Deliveroo's behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Deliveroo's reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of the Deliveroo website or app. However, nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability.

7. No Endorsement: This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ("Social Networks") or any other third party. Access to Social Networks is at all times subject to the relevant Social Network's rules, terms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Social Networks and any other social networking platform on which the Offer is communicated shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Offer, however caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.

8. Interference with the Offer: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Offer is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and in these circumstances Deliveroo reserves all its rights and remedies.

9. Cancellation and Variation: Deliveroo reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Offer and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including but not limited to if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Deliveroo's reasonable control.

10. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Deliveroo, Deliveroo reserves the right at any time to disqualify Partner entries that Deliveroo regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Offer.

11. Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from the United Arab Emirates, and where permitted by law. Deliveroo makes no representation that materials relating to this Offer are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.

12. Severance and Waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Deliveroo's failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Disputes: Subject to Rule 14, if there is a dispute about the Offer or these Rules, Deliveroo's decisions are final. If there is a dispute between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

14. Law and Jurisdiction: The Offer and these Rules are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

15. Personal Data: Partners acknowledge that any personal data of Partners processed in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Deliveroo Privacy Notice at https://deliveroo.ae/privacy. In particular:

15.1 Deliveroo is the controller in respect of Partners' personal data obtained in connection with the Promotion.

15.2 Deliveroo will process, and permit the processing of, Partners' personal data for the purposes described in these Rules and Deliveroo's Privacy Notice, which purposes include the administration of the Promotion.

15.3 It is necessary for Deliveroo to use Partners' personal data to perform its obligations to Partners in relation to the administration of the Promotion or it is in Deliveroo's legitimate interest to use Partners' personal data in the ways described in these Rules in order to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion.

15.4 Deliveroo may share Partners' personal data with certain Deliveroo vendors in order to assist with the administration of the Promotion.

15.5 Deliveroo will retain Partners' personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes described in these Rules and Deliveroo's Privacy Notice.

16. Data Protection and Privacy: Partners have certain rights in relation to their personal data, including: (i) to obtain copies of it; (ii) to have it corrected or deleted; (iii) to limit the way in which it is used; (iv) to object to its use; (v) to transfer it; (vi) not to be subject to decisions based on automated processing (including profiling); and (vii) to complain to the regulator. Please note that many data subject rights are not absolute and the extent to which they apply may vary depending on the circumstances and any exemptions that may apply.
