After extensive review and consideration of all available options, Deliveroo has made the difficult decision to end our operations in Qatar.

This decision was not taken lightly. Our focus has always been on offering great value to customers, partners, and riders. Over the past three years in Qatar, we are proud of what we have achieved together.

However, following a review of country-specific conditions, we have concluded that ending operations in Qatar is unfortunately the most appropriate course of action.

As such, Deliveroo’s final day of operations in Qatar will be 4th March.

What this means for you

You can continue to operate and receive orders in Qatar through the Deliveroo platform until 3pm on Wednesday, 4th March 2026, and you will be paid for all orders completed until then. The latest date of payment will be on Wednesday, 11th March.

You will also have access to Partner Hub for six months after we end operations. While your account is open, please make sure to download any data you deem necessary.

To manage the closure of the Qatar business, Deliveroo will shortly be appointing liquidators. You will receive further communications from them in the near future.
