Important information: Deliveroo in Singapore

After extensive review and consideration of all available options, Deliveroo has made the difficult decision to end our operations in Singapore.
This decision was not taken lightly. Our focus has always been on offering great value to customers, partners, and riders. Over the past eleven years in Singapore, we are proud of what we have achieved together.

However, following a review of country-specific conditions, we have concluded that ending operations in Singapore is unfortunately the most appropriate course of action.

As such, Deliveroo’s final day of operations in Singapore will be 4th March.

What this means for you

You can continue to operate and receive orders in Singapore through the Deliveroo platform until 3pm on Wednesday, 4th March 2026, and you will be paid for all orders completed until then. The latest date of payment will be on Wednesday, 11th March. 

You will also have access to Partner Hub for six months after we end operations. While your account is open, please make sure to download any data you deem necessary.

To manage the closure of our Singapore operations, Deliveroo has appointed Kroll as liquidators. You will receive further communications from Kroll shortly, however, you may also get in touch with them directly by emailing deliverooSG@kroll.com.
