Our final day of operations will be the 7th April

We have today announced that we will be leaving the Hong Kong market, with our final day of operations being the 7th April. 

While we’re incredibly proud of all that we’ve achieved over the past nine years, especially being able to deliver so many amazing meals and grocery items to customers in Hong Kong, there are several factors specific to the food delivery market in Hong Kong which led us to consider Deliveroo’s future. 

As a result, we have unfortunately decided that the best option for Deliveroo Hong Kong’s stakeholders as a whole is to end our operations in Hong Kong.

This announcement is specific to the Hong Kong market, and we currently have no plans to exit any other markets. We are as committed as ever to having strong, profitable businesses in each of the markets in which we operate, and supporting our partners to reach new customers and grow their business with delivery.
