How Marketplace+ works
Receiving orders
With Marketplace+, Deliveroo customers can find your business and place an order from the Deliveroo app or website. Set your own delivery area, minimum spend per order and delivery fees.
Managing and preparing orders
When an order comes in, you’ll be notified on your tablet. You’ll prep orders just like you would normally for delivery.
Delivering orders
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you’ll hand it over to one of your delivery staff. You’ll always have the options to request a Deliveroo rider to complete the delivery, if things start to get busy.
