Whether you've just gone live on Deliveroo or are thinking of joining, it's important to understand how our order flow works. That's the process for how your dishes or products get from your restaurant or store to your customer's doorsteps. 

We work closely with our partners and riders to make sure the experience is as seamless as possible for customers, because if they have a great experience, the more likely they are to order from you again.
