How to set up and manage your menu on Partner Hub

On Deliveroo, your menu is your business. A good menu can help you stand out from the competition, get more views and so increase your potential sales/

In Hub you can view and manage your menu. This article will show you how to manage, duplicate and remove a menu.

You can easily view and edit your menus in Hub’s ‘Menu Manager’ tab.

Here is where all your menus are available to view and manage

Under each menu name, you can see how many sites your menus are published to and how many scheduled menus you have

There’s two ways you can create a new Menu:

You can manually add items and dishes by clicking on + New menu from the Menu Manager tab

You can import a menu by clicking on New menu import. You’ll be able to upload your existing menu in the format of a .CSV file

Instead of creating a new menu from scratch, you can duplicate an existing menu to use as your baseline to add a new menu.

Click the three dots next to ‘Edit menu’

Select ‘Duplicate menu’ and your duplicated menu will appear in Menu Manager, marked with ‘(copy)’

Find the menu you want to delete (option is only available for menus not assigned to any sites)

Select 'Delete menu' and confirm the menu you want to delete

The menu will be automatically deleted from all sites where it’s currently live. 




Hero photos appear at the top of your menu and are a great way to showcase your business to customers. Use it to highlight your best-selling products and get more clicks on your menu

At the top of the menu, click on the image icon and click 'Upload photo'

Click 'Publish' and your hero photo will be reviewed by our team. It will appear on your menu when it has been approved.

Categories are groups of items that make up your menu, such as Appetisers, Mains, Sandwiches, Poké Bowls. On Deliveroo, categories make it easier for your customers to browse through your menu and quickly find items to add to order. 

Select 'Edit menu' on the menu you want to add a category to

Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select '+ New category'

Choose a category name, write a description for your category and click 'Create category'

Click 'Publish' when you have added menu items to the category

You can make categories available to customers for only certain times of the day or days of the week, by creating a 'scheduled menu'.

Find the menu you want to add the item to and select 'Edit menu'

Scroll to the category where you want to add the item and select '+ New item'

Add item information: name, description, image, prices and tax rates and click 'Add item' once you’re done

Click 'Publish' to set the menu live with the new item

You can add mouth-watering pictures to each of your menu item. Pictures make it easier for customers to scan your menu and understand the ingredients of your dishes.

Click on a menu item and select 'Upload photo'

Click 'Publish' and your photo will be reviewed by our team. The item photo will appear on your menu when it has been approved.

You can also edit or delete a picture by tapping on the ‘Actions dropdown’. You’ll need to delete and re-upload a new picture.

Options are a great way to keep all palates happy while increasing your order value. Adding an option lets your customers modify and customise a dish according to their tastes and dietary requirements. Extra patty? Done. Chips on a side? Say no more!

Scroll to the category where you want to add options

Click the three dots, select 'Add options' and select 'Create new options'

Write the name of the option e.g. Would you like a drink? and add the choices

Assign the option to a single item in the category or to all items in the category
