Set your menu up to win
With increased demand during the World Cup and Summer of Plus, now is the time to make sure your menu is ready. Your Menu Completeness score (visible in Partner Hub) is driven by having every item supported by a clear, accurate description and a high-quality, compliant photo. Review your menu ahead of the tournament to close any gaps and ensure pricing and availability are up to date. Use Multiple Hero Images to stay relevant throughout the day, and create bundles for match days — they can simplify choice for customers and may help increase average order value.

Get match-day ready
During peak periods, it’s important to focus on your operations. Keep order handovers smooth, minimise rejections and cancellations, and maintain high order accuracy to deliver a great customer experience.
Make sure your opening hours are accurate so customers can easily find and order from you. Plan ahead by fully staffing your shifts and preparing your team for busy periods. You may also want to extend your opening hours to capture more demand.
Use Rider Check-in and the Order Ready Button to speed up handovers and reduce rider wait times.
If it does get too busy, use Need More Time to add extra minutes per order and mark items as out of stock as soon as they run out to help prevent cancellations.
